Contig - an open-access journal for genetics, genomics, and breeding
Contig is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Kazakhstan Society of Geneticists and Breeders.
We welcome studies that advance genetics, genomics, and breeding with emphasis on reproducible methods and transparent reporting. Contig welcomes manuscripts that address the dynamic and complex nature of living systems, with a particular emphasis on systems biology, synthetic biology, and systems medicine. Editorial decisions prioritize novelty, broad biological significance, and clear mechanistic insight. Reports describing new methods and resources are also considered.
